  1. Another tip is to invest in some raw African black soap, are use it is a shampoo body wash and even a face wash and toothpaste!! I bought a pound of it from the farmers market and so far itโ€™s lasted me about seven months and theyโ€™re still plenty of it left

  2. Thanks girls! Made the fruit/veggie bags and ita changed my life! Even got a few compliments ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. I am a huge supporter of eco friendly things! Thanks for making this video it was amazing! Also don't forget to try and buy foods and meats from local farmers that you trust. That's what I do in my town ๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. This was a totally awesome set of tips!!! I have been going greener for years and still got alot of useful info out of this ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Another idea is to switch from bottled water to tap water. You can get a filter for your sink if the water in your area is chlorinated or not great quality.
If you drink 3 liters of water a day it adds up to >700 bottles a year, a huge amount of plastic that's completely unnecessary. Not to mention the fuel needed to transport the bottled water to the store and then to your home (water isn't exactly lightweight).

  6. Is it only dumbass bored women who are "inspired" by buying shit? Oprah ruined a generation of dumb cow women I swear. Making a statement and then saying "what!" afterwards is also pretty fking stupid. Honduras is the only place making eco friendly bags? k.

  7. menstrual cups and reusable pads if you get periods! it may feel icky at first, but trust me its so much cheaper without having to buy pads/tampons so often! also if you have old shirts and/or towels that are too beat up to donate to a thrift store, cut them up to use as cleaning rags or shopping bags ๐Ÿ™‚ i'm currently making some produce bags with an old scarf!

  8. Why do you care if there is animal fat in your soap. You're clearly not vegan, you had a whole episode sponsored by cheese. Why does it matter…?

  9. Instead of buying plastic water bottles try getting a filter for your sink. They aren't too expensive and they clean out the toxins from tap water. The plastic front water bottles has chemicals that seep into the water and all of that plastic is super wasteful. Get a reusable water bottle and save money and the environment. But try to make sure it's bpa free since bpa is a chemical that's common in a lot of plastic water bottles.Thank you this video was super helpful!
